Get ready for three days of singing, dancing, and performing at the Conservatory Musical Theatre Showcase. Students from the University of Regina Conservatory of Performing Arts’ youth musical theatre programs are sure to dazzle and delight the audience with their triple threat status.
Performances on DAY 3 will include the following (in performance order):
Mini Glee (5:00pm) presents songs from Disney’s Coco. This group is directed by Fallon Hantelman-Stewart with support from Tessa Macknak.
Mini Glee (5:50pm) presents choral music inspired by and songs from Disney’s Winnie the Pooh. This group is directed by Fallon Hantelman-Stewart with support from Tessa Macknak.
Junior Glee (5:00pm & 6:00pm) presents songs from the Disney movie and the Broadway stage production of Mary Poppins. These groups are directed by Erika Folnović with support from Elizabeth Madsen.
Senior Glee (Thursday) presents Disney’s The Lion King KIDS. The African savanna will be brought to life on stage with Simba and an unforgettable cast of characters as they journey from Pride Rock to the jungle and back again in a shortened version of this inspiring, coming-of-age tale. It features classic songs from the Broadway musical and animated feature film, including “I Just Can’t Wait to Be King,” “He Lives in You,” “Hakuna Matata,” and more! Celebrate the “Circle of Life” with us in this timeless story of courage, friendship, and destiny. This group is directed by Brendan Dickie.
There will be a short intermission between Mini Glee and Junior Glee to reset the stage. Then another short intermission between Junior Glee and Senior Glee to reset the stage.

The Lion King KIDS is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI). All authorize performance materials are also supplied by MTI. www.MTIShows.com

Tickets are $8.40 in advance and $10.50 at the door. Price is per seat. If you are bringing an infant and they will be on your lap for duration of the show, you do not need to purchase a ticket for your infant.
This event is rush seating (first come, first served on performance night). However, please contact the Darke Hall box office (306-523-2753) if you have any accessibility requests, so we can reserve appropriate seats based on your guest's needs.
