The Prairie Saxophone Initiative presents: Going for Baroque. Join classical saxophonists Chinley Hinacay and Matthew Robinson as well as guest artist, Katrina MacKinnon, for an evening filled with Baroque masterworks and contemporary takes on those old styles.
This concert is part of the Prairie Saxophone Initiative's (PSI) 2022 tour, Going for Baroque. The tour was developed to promote the classical saxophone and raise funds for upcoming projects geared towards educational opportunities and promoting diversity. All proceeds from this performance will be going towards the commission of a new work for 2 saxophones and piano by Ashley Seward.
Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for University students plus fees and taxes. Attendees under 18 years of age receive free admission but are asked to book a ticket.
Seating is unassigned for this performance.
