Darke Hall
× VC2 Cello Duo, comprised of cellists, Amahl Arulanandam and Bryan Holt join together with Amy Hillis, violin to present a programme that celebrates chamber music for strings by featuring music by composers audiences may already know like Bach, Haydn and Beethoven who set the basis for string chamber music. Alongside these historical masters, the concert also presents trio, duo and solo works by master composers of today like Andrew Staniland and Dinuk Wijeratne who are taking chamber music for string instruments in new, exciting directions based in our own language, reflecting current perspectives.

Tickets are $40 for adults and $35 for seniors (65+), inclusive of fees and taxes. Free tickets for those under 18 and UofR students are available at the door on the day of the concert. Students may be asked to present ID.
